2 lbs boneless pork loin, cut into 4 pieces
1 c hoisin sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 green onions, chopped
3 tsp ground ginger
1 package coleslaw or broccolislaw (16 oz)
3 tbsp of white rice vinegar or Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients from the pork to ground ginger in a freezer ziplock bag. Take out the night before to thaw. Place in the crockpot on low for 8-9 hours. When cooked, shred the pork. Place pork on tortillas if choice and add coleslaw on top. Enjoy.
