2 lbs chicken breasts, in bite size pieces
1 can of tomato paste ( 6 oz)
1 can of coconut milk (13.5 oz)
1 small onion
2 c frozen peas
1 can tomato sauce (14.5 oz)
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp curry
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a freezer ziplock bag with chicken going in last. The night before, take out and place in the fridge to thaw. Cook on low for 10-12 hours in the crockpot.
