1/2 lb, sausage
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. grated cheddar
1/4 c. finely chopped pimento
1/4 c. finely chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. If too dry to hold shape, add a little milk. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 until brown, about 20 minutes.
Freezes well To reheat, bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
