1 (32-ounce) bag frozen cubed hash browns
1 (21-ounce) can chicken broth, low sodium
1 can cream of chicken soup
3-ounces bacon bits
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put hash browns in the slow cooker.
Add chicken broth, soup and half of the bacon bits.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
An hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes and put in the slow cooker.
Mix a few times throughout the hour before serving. Once the cream cheese is thoroughly mixed in, the soup is ready to serve.
Garnish with additional bacon bits and cheese.

You can also add green onions and sour cream as additional garnish. If soup becomes too thick, add some chicken broth.
