1 1/2 lbs mild Italian sausage
1 lb bowith tie pasta
1/2 c olive oil
2 large shallots
4 large cloves garlic
2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 (16oz) pkg frozen peas
1 c shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, crumble set aside. Boil salted water and cook pasta al dente, drained set aside. Use same pan heat olive oil and saute shallot and garlic. Add red pepper and peas. Mix well. Toss cooked pasta, pea mixture, and sausage in large pot or bowl. Toss with 3/4 c parmesan. Then top with remaining cheese. Serve immediately
