2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
Graham cracker pie crust
20 oz. can pineapple (drained)
1 c. strawberries (sliced thin)
4 ripe bananas (sliced)
2 c. cold milk
1 lg. box vanilla pudding mix
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:

Beat sugar and cream cheese. Spread over crust. Top with pineapple, bananas, and strawberries. Mix cold milk and vanilla pudding mix and set aside. In large bowl, beat together whipping cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Remove one cup whipped cream mixture and stir into pudding mixture. Layer pudding over fruit. Spread remaining whipped cream mixture over pudding. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 5 hours.
