1 smoked picnic ham (shoulder)
2 tbsp. pepper corns
2 tbsp. whole cloves
3-4 bay leaves
2 tbsp. dry mustard or reg. mustard
1/3 c. molasses
2 stalks celery
1 small onion (chopped)
1 medium carrot

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill large stock pot with water. Add all ingredients to pot except ham and stir well.
2. Add ham to pot.
3. Cover and bring to a boil.
4. Boil for 12 min./lb.

Glaze:
Brown sugar, marmalade or apricot jam
