Ingredients:  
2 16 oz cans sweet pitted cherries
2 3 oz black cherry jello
2 c juice from cherries (add water if not enough)
2 c pale dry sherry
2 c shelled walnuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherries, reserve juice.
Marinate cherries overnight with sherry.
Next day, heat cherry juice to boiling, dissolve jello in juice.
Add sherry from drained cherries and chill until it thickens then fold in cherries and walnuts.
Pour into a 10 cup mold and chill until set.
Serve with mixture of mayo and sour cream.
