1/2 c butter
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
Hershey's kisses unwrapped
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and peanut butter.
Add sugars and baking powder and baking soda.
Beat in egg and vanilla
Beat in flour.
Chill 1 hour if necessary.
Shape into 1 inch balls (not too big)
Roll in sugar.
Bake in 375 degree approx. 7 minutes (do not overcook).
When they come out of oven, immediately place kiss on top. Let sit in pan 2 minutes then transfer gently to a cooling rack.
Make sure they are cooled completely before stacking and even then be careful not to ruin the pretty kiss on top.
