10 - 12 eggs
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
1 c milk
1 can biscuits or croissant rolls
Your choice of any or all of the following:
bacon, sausage, ham
onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, asparagus

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray/grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. (A different sized pan may be used, but adjust your cooking time based on the depth of the baking dish)
Cook your choice of breakfast meat(s).
Cut biscuits or croissants into 4 pieces each and put into large bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add milk and cheese and pour over biscuits.
Chop your choice(s) of cooked meats and vegetables and add to mixture.
Stir to combine.
Pour into prepared baking dish and cook 45 minutes to an hour until eggs are set.
Top with a handful of shredded cheese.

This can be made the night before, cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
It can also be made in a well-greased bundt pan, although the cooking time may increase due to the depth of the pan.
