2 cups frozen hash browns
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hash browns, onions and butter until golden brown. Put into a greased baking dish and top with cheese. Cook sausage and drain; crumble and spread over the cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the other mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
