3 C canned milk
4 C sugar
8 squares of semi sweet chocolate
1/2 C butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Add the chocolate; when the chocolate is melted, beat with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add butter, vanilla and salt; mix well.

This is VERY good over ice cream and can be stored in refrigerator in a covered container and reheated in microwave.
