2 cans whole kernel or cream style corn
1/2 c. (if using cream style corn) to 3/4 c. milk (if using whole kernel corn)
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 small onion chopped
3 T. chopped green pepper or pimentos
salt and pepper
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn and milk. Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasoning.
Butter casserole dish (2 T. butter) and pour mixture in. Bake in 350º oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
