4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices pepper jack cheese
1 can whole green chiles
1 cup salsa plus more
avocado
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag with 1 cup of salsa

2. Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat on one side for 7 minutes

3. Turn the chicken. After grilling for 5 minutes, place a whole chile on the chicken breast. Top with a slice of paper jack cheese. When cheese is melted remove to plate.

4. Top each breast with avocado, sour cream and more salsa.
