Red potatoes
chopped onion
chopped green pepper (optional)
bacon
fresh green beans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until just done. Drain and cool slightly. Cut into bite sized pieces. Place into serving bowl.
Cook bacon, reserving the fat. Crumble bacon over the potatoes.(save a handful for the top)
Saute chopped onions, pepper and green beans until al dente. Remove from pan and put into serving bowl with the potatoes.
To the remaining bacon fat, add lemon juice so that the ratio is 2/3 bacon fat to 1/3 lemon juice.
Heat and pour over potatoes just before serving.
Gently mix all, top with remaining bacon crumbles.
