2 cans (15.5 oz. each) GOYAŽ Black Beans, drained and rinsed
3 Tblsp. chopped GOYAŽ Green Pickled Jalapeno Nacho Slices (optional)
2 tsp. GOYAŽ Minced Garlic or 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 Tblsp. GOYAŽ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp GOYO Adobo with pepper
1 pkg frozen corn
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
3 Tblsp fresh minced cilantro
3 Tblsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. GOYAŽ Chili Powder
2 tsp. GOYAŽ Cumin

Directions:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Using large spoon, gently mix to combine. Serve with tortilla chips. Or, cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
