1 lb lean ground beef
1 large can of stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can of kernel corn, undrained
1 can of green beans, undrained
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup of uncooked minute rice
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste.
Marble cheese to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ground beef and drain fat.
Set beef aside.
Sautee the onions and garlic in butter on medium heat 5 minutes.
Add the beef, tomatoes, corn, green beans, rice and parsley.
Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Add cheese to melt.

That was my old standby when I did not know what to make. It is filling, tasty, quick and easy to make.
