4 oz Goat Cheese (Soft)
1/3 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
3/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
3 oz Roasted Bell Peppers
1/4 cup chopped Onions
2 Jalapeno Peppers
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/8 cup Cilantro (Coriander)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the softened cream cheese, goat cheese and sour cream until thoroughly incorporated. Add the diced sun-dried tomatoes, red peppers, yellow onion, jalapenos, garlic and cilantro; blend to combine. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Refrigerate for 8 hours or up to 1 day and serve with fresh vegetables. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Makes 2 cups; serving size is about 2 tablespoons per person.
