1.5 pound of ground beef
1 cup uncooked white rice
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt
Black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:
2 cans of condensed tomato soup
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, rice, water, onions, salt, celery salt, garlic and pepper together and roll into balls 1.5 inch in diameter.

Place the balls in a large pot and brown.

Add the 2 cans of condensed tomato soup and water and mix until evenly mixed and balls covered.

Cover and cook on medium low heat until meat is cooked through and the rice is tender (approximately 45 minutes).
If the sauce is absorbed and the mixture is drying up, add water to keep sauce liquid but thick.
