1 bag of red delicious apples
1 lg. can of frozen apple juice, unsweetened
Cinnamon (to taste)
2 – 3 Tbsp. flour
2 pie shells (+ 2 for the top if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples: Thick or thin, Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples. Pour frozen apple juice over apples. Put flour in, mix all together. Sprinkle pie shells with cinnamon. Pour apple mixture into shells., If you want crust on top, take 2 more pie shells & put on top of apples & poke holes in the top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
