¾ c. Crisco
2 ¼ c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour & salt into a bowl. Take out 1/3 cup of flour. Cut Crisco into remaining flour with a fork or blender until the pieces are the size of small peas. Mix water with the flour to form a paste. Add flour paste to Crisco mixture. Mix & shape dough into a ball. Divide dough into two parts. Roll one part into a 12-inch circle; place into pie pan. Roll the other half into a 10-inch circle; prick with a fork; place on the filled pie. Crimp edges. Trim. Bake at temperature recommended for filled pie.
