1 pkg marshmallows ( not fat free )
6 cups rice krispies
1/4 cup butter

1 pkg milk chocolate chips
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. ( note: this stuff is amazing, you can do anything with it ) may spray it with cooking oil. Use a glass bowl to put the butter in , melt the butter in microwave & then roll it
around the bowl so the marshmallows won't stick. Add marshmallows & melt - about 2 minutes. Then mix in rice krispies. Empty the mixture onto the cookie sheet & spread it around with buttered fingers.Place in fridge while you get chocolate mixture ready.

Melt the chocolate mixture spread over the rice krispie mixture almost to the edges. place in fridge to set, there should not be any shiny spots.
Once set take it out until room temperature. Roll into a log the long way.
Don't be afraid to squeeze especially at the beginning & end.

This recipe was given to us by our neighbour / friend - Greg Bailey while
he was in grade school. Always gets a chuckle of how amazing he thought parchment paper was. Great cookies !!!!
