1 c. Bisquick baking mix (or similar)
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles (drained)
1/3 c. undiluted condensed beef broth
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 small tomatoes chopped
toppings:prepared salsa, sour cream & guacamole

You will need a 9" spring form pan

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º & grease 9" spring form pan. In mixing bowl, combine baking mix, cornmeal, 1 c.
cheese (reserve remaining cheese) & chiles. Stir in beef broth& pat mixture on bottom of greased spring
form pan. Spoon beans over tart up to 1/2 " of edge. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly/browned. Slightly cool until set just right & you can handle pan a bit. Loosen sides of tart with blunt knife & remove side of pan. Arrange tomatoes around edge of tart & serve w/ toppings
