2 T. Dijon style mustard
1/4 c. coarsely chopped rosemary
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 T. dark brown sugar
3 T. olive oil
4 cloves garlic chopped finely
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1 (3 1/2 - 4 lb.) chicken, cut up

In large bowl, combine mustard, rosemary, lemon juice,sugar, oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Be sure to rub marinade under the skin. Cover, set aside 30 min.or refrigerate for up to 2 hr. Prepare charcoal grill or preheat gas grill on medium. Transfer chicken to grill rack, cover and grill, turning as needed. Cook through, 10-15 minutes a side. Breast pieces will be done before legs.
