¾ c walnuts, broken
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
¼ tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. tiny marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle walnuts over the bottom of a buttered 9x9x2-inch pan. Set aside. Butter sides of heavy 2 qt. saucepan. In it combine sugar, milk & salt. Heat & stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a rolling boil; boil for 2 minutes (222° F.), stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Remove from heat, immediately stir in chocolate chips & vanilla. Beat until chocolate is melted. Cover walnuts with half of the fudge. Top with marshmallows, pressing them gently into the fudge. Spread with remaining fudge. Chill. Cut into squares.
