6-8 oz. egg noodles (cooked and salted)
1 lb. ground beef
1 10.5 oz. can tomato soup
1 6-oz. can tomato paste (I use Italian seasoned)
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 lb. (1 c.) cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. oregano
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese (your choice-I use the Mexican miix or something with Jack cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook noodles in salted water, drain.
2) Brown ground beef & onion, drain.
3) Stir in tomato soup & paste.
4) Remove from heat. Set aside.
5) Combine noodles, oregano, cottage cheese, cream cheese & sour cream. Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
6) Cover noodles mixture with ground beef mixture.
7) Top with shredded cheese, amount depends on your taste.
8) Bake 350º for 45 min. I leave lid on casserole until the last 10-15 min.
