12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
13 c. (13-oz. pkg.) Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt chocolate chips.
2) Add peanut butter, melt.
3) Add butter, melt.
4) Pour over Crispix cereal in large pan. Stir real well, careful not to break up cereal.
5) Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Again, carefully so not to break up cereal.
6) Store in an air-tight container.
