Shrimp (shelled)
Chicken
Sausage (andouille or similar)
1 box Zataran's Jambalaya Rice Mix
vegetable of choice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook any quantity of any or all of the above meats, in a cutting into bite sized pieces.
Add rice to the pan and prepare in accordance with instructions on the box.
Add a vegetable at the very end (frozen peas work well) to make this a well-rounded, one-skillet meal!
