1/8 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/8 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp leaf thyme, crumbled
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
1 7 oz can tuna
8 oz carton cream style cottage cheese
lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Spray bottom of 9" x 13" pan.
Boil salted water to cook lasagna noodles in
Melt butter or margarine in a medium saucepan; saute pepper and onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and thyme. Cook, stirring constantly, just until bubbly. Stir in milk; continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens and bubbles 1 minute. Romove from heat and add shredded cheese, stirring just until melted.
Drain tuna, flake, combine in a bowl with cottage cheese. Line the baking dish with cooked lasagna noodles. Spread 1/3 of cottage cheese mixture on top, then 1/3 of cheese sauce. Repeat layers until all in pan.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
