8 oz. semisweet chocolate
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons strong brewed coffee (optional)
2-3 egg yolks
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double-boiler or microwave.
Add sugar, coffee, and egg yolks one at a time.
Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
Whip cream. Add to slightly cooled chocolate mixture.
Spoon mixture into individual service dishes.
Let cool in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream.
