Graham Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted

3 - 8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
½ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 Tablespoons flour
3 eggs
6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press mixture into bottom and ½" up the side of a 9” spring form pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven to cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla in a bowl and beat on medium speed. Add flour a tablespoon at a time; blend in eggs one at a time. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into spring form pan.

Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Without opening oven, reduce heat to 250° and continue to bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and cool cheesecake in oven with door closed for 30 minutes.
