1 c. creamed corn
1/2 c. flour (add more if needed)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
pinch of salt
dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil while mixing. Beat egg, and add other ingredients. Fry in deep oil by spoonfulls, turn when raised and light brown (like donuts), remove and serve while hot.
