Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups powdered sugar
6 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt butter in large saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in coconut and powdered sugar. Shape heaping teaspoonful of mixture into balls. Dip bottom of each coconut ball into melted chocolate. Arrange chocolate side down on baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled or room temp.

Hint: When dipping the coconut into the chocolate I have found it to be beneficial if I cool balls in frid. for just a bit. I then use a toothpick, poked in the center of the ball for dipping. These are good and can be individually wrapped for a favor.
