Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 crescent roll tubes
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
1 or 2 slices tomatoes
1/2 small can olives
avocado
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Separate crescent pastry and lay out in circle, pointed ends out on pizza pan. Use some of the leftover rolls to make the center a bit thicker to hold meat.
Brown meat until no longer pink. Drain fat and add taco seasoning as directed on package, reducing water to 1/3 cup. Drain excess liquid from meat.
Sprinkle meat mixture in a circle inside crescent rolls, then sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over meat. Pull crescent roll points over meat and cheese and tuck in. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese, chopped lettuce, tomato and black olives in middle of ring; then add a few dollops of sour cream, before serving.
