3 teaspoons Olive oil
3 teaspoons butter
1 pound mushrooms sliced
1 garlic clove or 1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red cooking wine, optional
1 teaspoon Teriyaki sauce or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and butter in large sauce pan on medium hear. Cook and stir in mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine teriyaki sauce and garlic salt and black pepper in hot oil and butter or until lightly brown (about 5 minutes). Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender 5-8 minutes. Serve over rice. I also sauteed onion, cut up chicken and add to the recipe.
