1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 T. butter or margarine
1 lb. cleaned medium shrimp
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. dry Minute Rice
1/2 c. pimientos

Directions:
Directions:
Saute almonds in butter until lightly browned.
Add shrimp and saute about 5 minutes until shrimp are pink.
Add broth, peas and seasonings. Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice and pimientos.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
