3 cups cooked white rice
2 cups cooked chicken breasts cut in small pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
8-10 oz velveeta cheese , cubed
1 tbsp minced dried onion
1 10oz package of chopped frozen broccoli , cooked
1/2 tsp Salt & 1/8 tsp pepper or to taste

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
Spray 2 -3 qt. casserole dish

Heat a med- large sauce pot
-add the 2 cans of soup
- add milk
-add cheese
Heat until cheese is melted
- should be a little thick
You can add more cheese and or milk if desired.
Remove from heat

In a large bowl mix together rice, broccoli , chicken & minced onion, salt & Pepper

Combine rice mixture with soup mixture until well combined .
Pour into baking dish
Heat uncovered until heated through , should bubble a bit . Approx. 30-45 minutes
