1 devil's food cake mix
1 pkg (3.5 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 1/3 c water
4 eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 1/3 c coconut
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips

Glaze:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Combine cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat on medium speed 4 min, stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray or grease/flour (or dust with cocoa) and pour batter into pan. Bake approx. 1 hour, check with toothpick at 50 min. Let cool in pan 15 min then remove from pan and let cool completely on wire rack.

Glaze:
Combine sweetened milk and chocolate chips in small saucepan. Over medium low heat stir constantly until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. DO NOT ALLOW TO BUBBLE. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Allow to cool a bit before glazing cake. Sprinkle cake with coconut and nuts or leave plain.
