36 Ritz Crackers (make into fine crumbs)
1/4 t Pepper
1/2 t Thyme
2 lg Bermuda Onions (sliced and cooked)
3 c sliced Carrots (cooked)
1 jar (1 lb) Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread (melted)
4 oz Pimentos (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Ritz crackers into fine crumbs and add pepper and thyme.

In a greased, shallow 2 Qt. baking dish, place in alternate layers:
onions, carrots, cheese and crumb mix. Sprinkle with pimentos.

Cover and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
