3 Large red potatoes cooked and chopped
4 boiled eggs chopped
2 Dill pickles chopped
3 ribs celery chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 med white onion chopped
2 pimento peppers cut up
2 1/2 tsp mustard
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted water until soft Peel and chop. Add mustard to chopped potatoes and stir gently. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir gently and chill before serving.
