1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Large can Ranch Beans (32 oz)
Med onion chopped
1 med bell pepper chopped
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup ketchup
Good dose of Worcestershire Sauce (about 6 shakes!)
Good dose of Louisiana Hot Sauce (about 3 shakes!)
Lemon juice to taste (about 3 Tbsp)

Chop up onion and place in a Dutch oven with olive oil. Add ground chuck and Worcestershire Sauce and brown meat. Drain in a colander. Pour Beans into Dutch Oven and add barbecue sauce chopped bell pepper and ketchup. Add Louisiana Hot Sauce and lemon juice. Stir well.
Cover Dutch Oven and place in 250º oven for 6 to 8 hours or until hungry. Stir several times.

Traditional Family Recipe Granddaddy's Speciaty - especially the "Good dose" measurement! This is a family favorite served with grilled chicken, sausage, or ribs. Freezes well and even better the second time.
