6 eggs
3/4/cup white sugar
1 quart Half and Half
1 oz. Jamaican Rum (we use Meyers)
1 pint Four Roses Whiskey (or your preference)
grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs and place yolks in a medium bowl and whites in a large bowl.
Beat egg yolks and gradually add 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat until mixture is smooth and a lemon color. Set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until glossy.
Carefully fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Stir in Half and Half.
Add the Whiskey and Rum and stir thoroughly. Chill overnight to let the mixture and alcohol blend. Stir and serve cold with grated nutmeg on top.
