2 C Water
1 C Sugar
1 Pkg Good Seasonings Cheese and Garlic Dressing
1/4 C Chopped Parsley
1/4 C Dried Minced Onion
2 C Canola Oil
1 C Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Paprika
Romaine Lettuce ( I use romaine lettuce hearts,3 in pkg), Chopped
2 lbs Bacon, Fried Crisp, Drained on Paper Towels, Cooled, Chopped
12 oz White Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Toasted Pecans, Optional
Cherry Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place the sugar and water in a pot and cook slowly until the sugar is dissolved. Next, mix in the package of Good seasonings, chopped parsley, minced onion, canola oil, red wine vinegar, and paprika. Pour this over the chopped romaine lettuce. Last, stir in the bacon, cheese, and tomatoes. Serve immediately.

I received this recipe from my co-worker, Frank Nadler (Superintendent of Public Works) while I was employed at the Village of Swansea in Illinois. It was a huge hit at the company gathering.
