Ingredients:  
1 large chicken breast with skin
6 teaspoons chicken bouillon
4 cups water
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cups of noodles of choice
Cornstarch and water mixture for thickening
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breast. Boil chicken in the 4 cups of water with bouillon until tender. Cool. Remove and discard the chicken skin. Strain the broth. Cut breast into bite size chunks. Thicken broth with corn starch mixture (corn starch and water) and then add the chicken and cooked noodles. Season to taste.
