Ingredients:  
1 cup bite size chunks of cooked ham (like Boars Head Black Forest lunch meat cut 1/2" thick and cubed)
3 medium potatoes, cubed the same size as the ham
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon of butter
3 teaspoons chicken bouillon
1/4 cup water - hot
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons corn starch
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon in hot water and set aside. Prepare ham and set aside. Once water with bouillon is cool stir in corn starch. Combine all ingredients except ham and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Add ham chunks and cool about 20 minutes to set up before serving.
