1 pork shoulder roast

1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in slow cooker. mix the remaining ingrediants together and pour over the pork roast. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours r until it shreds easily with a fork. Remove the roast and shred the meat using two forks. Return the shredded meat to the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve on buns with coleslaw on the side.
