1 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix ingredients in bowl until smooth. form dough into round balls and place on baking sheet with parchment paper about 2 inches apart. (Optional: flatten dough balls with fork) Bake 8-10 min. Once cookies are finished baking let them set about 3-5 minutes and Enjoy!
