4 chicken breasts
2 cups water
1 enevelope onion soup mix
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups vegetables - carrots,celery,onions, red & green peppers
1 1/2 cups minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken breast - cut into small pieces, then add water, onion soup mix, spices & vegetables. Bring to boil, add minute rice, remove from heat cover with lid for 5 minutes. Serve !!!!!
