5 # bag red potatoes
1 (48 oz) bottle Ranch dressing
1 pkg shredded cheese of choice (2-4 c depending on how much you prefer)
1 # bacon fried (can use real bacon bits)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut potatoes into cubes, boil until soft 30-45 min. Drain and place in throw away large roaster pan and refrigerate for at least an hour to cool completely. After potatoes are cooled pour Ranch dressing, cheese and bacon on them and mix together completely. Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Note:
Can make less in not feeling a crowd. Can also be baked at 400º for 30 min to serve as a hot dish.
