9 to 12 slices of bread ( no crusts)
1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a greased 9 X13 dish. Layer first bread slices on the bottom. Then add layers of cheese, bacon, and mushrooms. Continue to layer in that order ending with bread layer. Form egg mixture by combining and thoroughly mixing eggs, milk and salt. Pour egg mixture over the bread layers. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
